We really like our documentation. But is it good enough?
There are different approaches to structuring information and preparing it as documentation. JustOn decided to take a new route a while ago - now we like to find out what our users think about it.
We want to use a suitable evaluation system to determine whether our technical documentation "works" for all roles and use cases and is a useful tool. The results will be used to derive possible improvements with regard to information modeling, which, in turn, will be applied to a particular topic as a prototype.
