Projektmanager - Software Implementierung (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben
  • Betreuung unserer Kunden von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung der JustOn-Lösungen (JustOn Billing & Invoice Management, JustOn Cash Management, JustOn E-Invoicing)
  • Eigenständige strukturierte Begleitung der JustOn-Implementierung – von der Datenmigration über die Konfiguration bis zum Go-Live
  • Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen, Durchführung von Kunden-Workshops und Business-Prozess-Optimierung im Bereich Abrechnung, Zahlungsabwicklung und digitales Accounting
  • Durchführung von Schulungen (online/vor Ort) für Anwender, Administratoren und Entscheider
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Vertrieb, Support und Produktentwicklung, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für komplexe Abrechnungsmodelle (z. B. wiederkehrende Abonnements, nutzungsbasierte Abrechnung, SEPA-Lastschriften) zu erarbeiten
Unsere Erwartung
  • Mindestens erste Berufserfahrung in der Beratung, Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen oder im Projektmanagement – idealerweise im SaaS- oder Cloud-Umfeld
  • Technisches und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis: Interesse an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Finanzprozessen
  • Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Softwarelösungen (Salesforce-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss)
  • Problemlösungskompetenz, Verhandlungsgeschick und organisatorisches Talent
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Neugier und Leidenschaft für moderne Technologien und die Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden

Your Responsibilities
  • Supporting our customers from requirements analysis to the successful implementation of JustOn solutions (JustOn Billing & Invoice Management, JustOn Cash Management, JustOn E-Invoicing)
  • Independent, structured monitoring of the JustOn implementation – from data migration and configuration to go-live
  • Analysis of business processes, conducting customer workshops, and business process optimization in the areas of billing, payment processing, and digital accounting
  • Conducting trainings (online/on-site) for users, administrators, and decision-makers
  • Close coordination with sales, support, and product development to develop customized solutions for complex billing models (e.g., recurring subscriptions, usage-based billing, SEPA direct debits)
Our Expectations
  • At least some first professional experience in consulting, business process analysis, or project management – ideally in the SaaS or cloud environment
  • Technical and business understanding: interest in the intersections between IT and financial processes
  • Experience in implementing software solutions (Salesforce knowledge is a plus, but not a must)
  • Problem-solving competence, negotiating skills, and organizational talent
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Curiosity and passion for modern technologies and working with customers
