Job Description
Your Responsibilities
Requirements Engineering: You interview customers and our team, translating requirements into precise user stories with acceptance criteria, and take ownership of the product backlog on the product side.
Collaboration with Development: You work closely with the development team to clarify scope, prioritization, edge cases, and trade-offs, advocating for realistic solutions when needed.
Customer Representation: You represent our product in customer workshops and requirements sessions.
Roadmap Input: You identify recurring patterns from customer conversations and bring them into evidence-based roadmap discussions.
Validation: You verify that delivered features meet the specified requirements and close the loop with Engineering and Professional Services.
Salesforce Expertise: You build and deepen your Salesforce knowledge. You should obtain the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification within your first year.
Our Expectations
Proven expertise in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, or Product Management in B2B SaaS.
Independent development of technically feasible requirements, including edge cases, prioritization, and sequencing.
Deep domain knowledge in PSA, consulting, ERP/PSA implementations, or similar areas.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (or willingness to obtain it quickly); Certified Business Analyst as the next goal.
Practical experience with AI workflows.
Fluent English (working language).
Availability for US sync meetings (at least 3x/week until 6:30 PM CET).
