Job Description

You are the internal expert and trainer for our two Salesforce-native products: Cloud Coach (PSA) and JustOn (Quote-to-Cash). Your mission? Ensure every team—from Customer Success to Sales and Marketing—knows our products, their updates, and how to communicate about them inside out. You will actively shape our learning platforms, create content, and ensure our internal teams are always one step ahead. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Train-the-Trainer: Design and deliver regular internal training for Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, and new hires—equally for both products (PSA & Quote-to-Cash). 

  • Learning Platforms: Take content and technical ownership of our academy—from curriculum design to creating content using diverse media and didactic approaches, including full course conceptualization. 

  • Release Readiness: Translate product updates into clear internal briefings and training materials, so all teams are informed before our customers. 

  • AI Integration: Structure content to be usable by AI tools and support customer interactions. 

  • Internal Go-To Person: Serve as the primary contact for product questions and continuously build knowledge about both products across all teams. 

  • Product Representation: You present and demo product updates in customer-facing webinars (and at conferences where useful), working 

Our Expectations

  • Proven expertise in Product Enablement or adult education in a technical (IT) environment. 

  • Independent design and delivery of training programs in various formats (live, recorded, self-paced) for both technical and non-technical audiences. 

  • Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus. 

  • Hands-on experience with at least one Learning Management System (LMS). 

  • Practical experience with AI workflows (e.g., retrieval, content structuring for agents) and active involvement in AI-driven transformation in enablement. 

  • Fluent English (working language). 

  • Availability for US sync meetings (at least 3x/week until 6:30 PM CET).
